Dr Oscar Buse (Dentist) – With over 15 years of experience, Dr Oscar brings skill and a calming presence to every appointment. He has a special focus on surgical extractions and implants, and his growing interest in cosmetic dentistry enhances his ability to create stunning smiles. Dr Oscar’s personable nature helps patients feel at ease, and he spends his free time with family and keeping an eye on the stock market.
Dr Devna Dayal (Dentist) – Growing up in a family of medical professionals, Dr Devna Dayal knew early on that she wanted to follow a path of helping others. After completing her Bachelor of Dental Surgery in India and graduating in 2016, she brought her skills and compassionate approach to Australia, where she’s been transforming smiles and lives ever since.
Dr Tina Duong (Dentist) – Was inspired to become a dentist for several reasons: she loves science, enjoys working with her hands, and finds it rewarding to help patients directly. To prepare for her career, she earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Melbourne.

Alima Malakyar – Alima is a compassionate Oral Health Therapist dedicated to patient education and preventative care. She excels in treating children and young adults, managing gum health, and performing teeth whitening. Alima’s gentle approach helps even the most anxious patients feel comfortable. In her downtime, she enjoys Pilates, family time, and walks with her Pomeranian, Dexi.
Mac-Chelle Tibio – Dental Assistant Mac-Chelle’s friendly and attentive approach ensures every patient feels cared for. Going beyond general dentistry, her knowledge and skill have allowed her to assist in complex cases. Outside of the clinic, Mac-Chelle enjoys camping trips and exploring new restaurants.
Aliullah Aman (Dental Prosthetist) – Aliullah Aman’s path to becoming a dental prosthetist began with inspiration from his dental family background. He believes dental technology is a vocation that inspires lifetime learning and dedication—to patients, to the team, and to trusting in oneself.
Ayse Karslioglu (Dental Assistant) – Ayse, or Suden as she prefers to be called, found her passion in the health industry after a lifelong interest in psychology, human development, and wellness. “I also have had a creative side since I was young that sometimes didn’t mix with the health industry (or so I thought).”

Jasmine Garcia, Founder – With over six years in the dental industry, Jasmine created The Dentl Studio to provide luxurious, patient-centric care. A place where comfort, care, and quality are the top priority. Her vision is rooted in self-care and creating a calming environment for every patient. Outside of work, Jasmine spends time with her three beloved dogs.
Elijah Dijamco, Co-Founder – Elijah is highly proficient in creating a business model that is both ethical and environmentally friendly. He leads with a commitment to ensuring our practice stays true to our mission of patient-centred care, innovation, and sustainability. His approach ensures that every aspect of our operations – from daily protocols to long-term initiatives – supports both quality care and environmental responsibility. Outside of work, Elijah enjoys running, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
